SMHA is thrilled to announce the hiring of Andrew Bailey as Manager of Development and Hockey Operations. We welcome Andrew and his family to the SMHA family.

A native of Hazlet, SK, Andrew will start his career with SMHA on March 3, 2025 in the newly created position of Manager of Development and Hockey Operations.

Andrew brings a strong business and hockey background to SMHA and we are looking forward to adding his skillset to the SMHA staff.

• Andrew's playing career included four years with Kootenay Ice of the WHL and five years with our hometown U of S Men's Hockey Huskies, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on management.
• Andrew's coaching background includes coaching with the U of S Huskies Men's Program, U18AAA Saskatoon Contacts, U18AA Saskatoon Riverkings and, most importantly, the past two seasons in SMHA U7 hockey!
• Andrew has been a Director of Operations at his current employer for the past several years.
